"I have dealt with many people in many different businesses and customer service throughout my years. I tell you, customer service, people caring about their jobs, even doing their jobs has gone way down throughout the years.Every once in awhile a company and those people working them will surprise me once in awhile ...but not 3 times within a year and especially not within a few months. Well this is what happened when i dealt with State Farm 3 times, all in different circumstances. 1 time with my room mates home owners insurance when we had that horrible storm last january.Our pipes froze and it broke all our pipes in our garage..but the whole experience went smoothly and was expedited in a timely manner .I was very surprising happy. 2nd time was when i was in the hospital , very sick and my neighbor called me at 11pm to tell me someone had hit and totalled my car that was parked in front of my house! need i say more ? im sure you can imagine.The driver had state Farm. again i was surprised how great the process went and am extremely happy how it turned out.I bought a car and then had to get insurance. There are many companies out there .I went with State Farm 1st when getting a quote. I must say Brad Hornbacks office was the hat trick of insurance companies. Not only was i treated with respect and courtesy , I truly felt that they cared and were sincere with thier actions and professionalism! I do not give compliments easily or write these kind of words often.But I feel U have to let people know that if you need an insurance company you can trust...its State Farm, and this is the office you need to go to if you live in portland or gresham! Angel , Brads office agent was one of the nicest , honest, people I have ever dealt with.I was lucky enough to deal with an auto collision manager just a month before .I feel I met the greatest customer service people in 2 months than i have in 20 years. If you think I am over doing it a little...well I am not..people always complain, thats easy, but to take the time to let people know that there are still companies and people who really care ..thats priceless! and I will yell from the rooftops to tell you people..If you need an insurance agent please come to Brads office!! you will not be disappointed I guarantee it!
